Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Sustainable Safari (hereinafter “Agent”) in connection with arranging travel services, in particular sustainable safari and nature travel.
The Agent does not provide travel services itself but arranges contracts between customers and the respective tour operators or service providers.
2. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting a booking request, the customer offers to conclude an agency agreement with the Agent.
The travel contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective tour operator or service provider.
The terms and conditions of the respective provider apply additionally.
3. Services of the Agent
The Agent provides in particular:
- Consultation on destinations and travel programs
- Selection of sustainable providers
- Arrangement of accommodations, transfers, activities, and safaris
- Support during the booking process
A claim to specific travel services exists only after confirmation by the respective provider.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are determined by the respective tour operator or service provider.
Payment is made depending on the offer:
- via the Agent on behalf of the provider
5. Sustainability Principles
The Agent values sustainable and responsible tourism, in particular:
- Protection of nature and biodiversity
- Support for local communities
- Fair working conditions
- Cultural respect
Implementation remains the responsibility of the respective service providers.
6. Liability of the Agent
The Agent is liable only for:
- proper mediation of travel services
- careful selection of providers
- its own breaches of duty
The respective tour operator is solely responsible for the execution of travel services.
Liability for travel execution, service disruptions, or personal or property damages during the trip is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations of travel services are governed by the terms of the respective tour operator or service provider.
The Agent will assist customers in communication with providers where possible.
8. Insurance
The following insurance policies are strongly recommended:
- Travel cancellation insurance
- International health insurance
- Trip interruption insurance
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- valid travel documents
- visas
- vaccinations
- entry requirements
- health conditions
10. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or governmental measures, the terms of the respective provider apply.
11. Data Protection
The privacy policy on the website applies.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the Agent’s registered office where legally permissible.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
